Job Description:
The Dining Room Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that the restaurant runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have experience in service training, customer service, and food service, as well as the ability to lead a team.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the dining room staff, including hiring, training, and schedulingEnsuring that guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are metOverseeing the cleanliness and organization of the dining roomManaging inventory and ordering supplies as neededHandling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely mannerEnsuring that all staff members adhere to company policies and proceduresThe Dining Room Manager must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours.
Compensation details:
